This is an example of report done with Jira and eazyBI to obtain a Ratio% of effective work hours per group of users.

For example, we can calculate the Ratio with the next formula.

Ratio per week = Effective Hours / ( 38h – Hours of vacations). If we usually work 38h/week for example

and…

Effective Hours = Total Hours – Hours in the project “INTERNAL”

To start, we need to create some Calculate Measures in our report. Like these pictures.

One for “Internal Hours Spent

Another one for “Vacations Hours

And other one to calculate the “Effective Hours Spent
