How to view tickets from remote JIRA (JIRA Federation) in a Dashboard

First of all, if you don’t know what is a JIRA Federation, you can read this.

In a JIRA Federation, we can show external issue filters in the Dashboard in an easy way…. Once configured the Application Link, we must:

1. Go to your JIRA Dashboard with a superadmin user and go to Manage Gadgets
2. Register the external Gadget to list the remote issue filters. Add something like this:

https://jira.xxxremotejira.com/rest/gadgets/1.0/g/com.atlassian.jira.gadgets:filter-results-gadget/gadgets/filter-results-gadget.xml

Now we will see 2 gadgets for Filter Results, one from the usual JIRA and the other one for the remote JIRA.
