If you can’t PUBLISH workflows.

If you see OLD/Obsolete IssueTypes when you create a ticket.

If you see an error in your Chrome navigator like this: “Uncaught QuotaExceededError: Failed to execute ‘setItem’ on ‘Storage’: Setting the value of ‘last.viewed.report.SE.scope-filter-board-item-32’ exceeded the quota.”

THE SOLUTION

You can erase the cookies of your navigator to solve the issue

  1. Browse to chrome://settings/cookies.
  2. Erase the content of the “local storage” section
