1. Download and install JIRA from: https://es.atlassian.com/software/jira/download
  2. Download and install MySQL Server from: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/file.php?id=456518
  3. Create the Database: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Connecting+JIRA+to+MySQL
  4. Install MySQL Connector in Tomcat:
    1. Download from: http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/j
    2. Copy the file mysql.jar in the {TOMCAT_PATH}/lib
    3. Incredible but is true… then we need install another time JIRA!
  5. That’s it!
