In this exercise we want to set the GOAL for Summer tickets in Jira Service Desk.
To do this, we need two calendars configured in Jira Service Desk (the usual calendar and the summer time calendar).
Now we can fork the GOALS of each SLA and do the trick!
The trick is use the JQL created >= 2019-08-01 and created <2019-09-01 for summer and the reverse for the rest. Remember, we need to do this every year…
