My issue’s status change. What happened?

This is an old story: you do your work and …. now the status of my issue is changed. You didn’t any actions. So, what happened? Let me explain how we can understand what happened 🙂

Well, first of all, we have to check if someone change Workflow and we have a tool for this job 🙂 …. Audit Log.

OK, but if someone change the status manually?

Well, we have another solution. Follow me. If we install Jira Suite Utility, we obtain a lot of new functionalities and mainly one can be more interesting: New tab in Activity: Transitions.
