New color-set in New Status Colors for Jira Server & Cloud

New alternative colors and jira core colors, now easily identificables.

In Jira Cloud, New Status Colors FREE features are enabled too. Then REJECTED statuses will be red and WAITING, HOLD ON statuses will be orange. (see features)
